We work closely with our fulfilment partners to make sure that the delivery of your order matches your expectations. You will receive an email as soon as we ship your order showing you when you can expect delivery. If you have chosen a tracked delivery option, you will get a tracking reference number and a link to a tracking system where you will be able to see the progress of your delivery. UK Deliveries

COVID-19 - Our logistics partner, Royal Mail and other courier services are currently experiencing staff shortages caused by increased Covid self-isolation. Please be aware this may affect some of our usual delivery schedules.

We are pleased to be able to offer a range of different UK delivery options including FREE standard 48hr delivery to UK addresses for our monthly newsletter subscribers. Free delivery offered as part of our subscriber offer will be made by 48hr delivery terms and intended to arrive within than 2-3 working days after completed purchase contract. Delivery options and prices are available to select at the time of purchase and the timing and costs of these services will be displayed on the checkout page before you place your order. During bad weather conditions delivery timings to island postcodes might get delayed due to bad weather conditions.

48hr Deliveries
Delivery expected within 2-3 working days for orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding UK Public Holidays). To guarantee same day despatch, orders must be placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.

24hr Deliveries
Delivery expected 1-2 working days for orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding UK Public Holidays). To guarantee same day despatch, orders must be placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.

Tracked Deliveries
If you have chosen a tracked delivery option, you will get a tracking reference number and a link to a tracking system where you will be able to see the progress of your delivery. Please note that an additional £10 charge applies to tracked deliveries weighing 10Kg or more to Highland postcodes (IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-79, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE), Northern Ireland and Isle of Wight. Delivery expected 1-2 working days for orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding UK Public Holidays). To guarantee same day despatch, orders must be placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.

COVID-19
Expected delivery times may be impacted due to the various reasons outside of our control, such as extreme weather conditions, COVID-19 staffing or restrictions, strikes or parcel sorting and logistics errors. We work closely with our fulfilment partners to help ensure that such occurrences are rare and have a minimal impact. If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact us at info@puttbandit.com

European and International Deliveries
We currently only accept payments in Great British Pounds (GBP) and delivery to UK addresses. If you wish to make a purchase for delivery to a European or International address, please contact us at info@puttbandit.com and we can advise you of the estimated delivery and calculate tax and import charges based on your location and intended order.

Important to know
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we have made an error. The expected delivery times stated here are generally accurate for the UK mainland, but can vary by postcode and location. Certain areas such as the Highlands & Islands of Scotland & Northern Ireland and and island post codes may have delivery and tracking issues due to bad weather or COVID-19 restrictions.

We will display low stock status on our website and get in touch with you if an item in your order is out of stock due to an issue such as two customers ordering the last item at once and we are unable to dispatch your goods to you.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with any of our products, notify us of any intention to return within 14 days of delivery and return the products to us within 30 days of your receipt of the product. Goods must be in their original condition for a refund or a replacement. Please pack the returned product carefully and include your Name, Order Number and Email Address in your return package so we can match your return to your original order. We will refund to the same payment card used in your purchase.

We recommend that you return your product using a pre-paid printed shipping label from a post or parcel service.

Please note that we do not refund original postage on returns for exchange or refund and we do not offer refunds on Items that have had logos or customisation added as part of the purchase or individual components of a gift pack or plus pack.

Damage in transit or faulty items
In the case of delivery damage or an item being found faulty, please inform us at info@puttbandit.com within 2 days of receipt and, if practical, arrange for the item and the damaged packaging to be returned to us in the condition you received it. In this circumstance the item will be replaced or refunded and your postal expenses refunded to the limit of our Standard Delivery pricing.

Product exchanges
We treat exchanges as a ‘return and new order’ to help avoid out of stock or shipping delays. If you wish to return one product and exchange it for a different product, please return the original product back to us, within 30 days, for a refund of the original product price you paid, and place a new order for the different product from our Shop page.
