UK Deliveries

Our logistics partner, Royal Mail and other courier services may occasionally experience service disruptions caused by skills and resource shortages, industrial action or adverse weather. Please be aware this may affect some of our usual delivery schedules.

We are pleased to be able to offer a range of different UK delivery options including FREE standard 48hr delivery to UK addresses for our monthly newsletter subscribers. Free delivery offered as part of our subscriber offer will be made by Standard UK 48hr delivery terms and intended to arrive within than 2-3 working days after completed purchase contract. Delivery options and prices are available to select at the time of purchase and the timing and costs of these services will be displayed on the checkout page before you place your order. During bad weather conditions delivery timings to island postcodes might get delayed due to bad weather conditions.

Standard UK 48hr Deliveries – Delivery expected within 2-3 working days for orders placed Monday to Saturday (excluding UK Public Holidays). To guarantee same day despatch, orders must be placed before 2pm Monday to Saturday.

Standard UK 24hr Deliveries – Delivery expected 1-2 working days for orders placed Monday to Saturday (excluding UK Public Holidays). To guarantee same day despatch, orders must be placed before 2pm Monday to Saturday.

Delivery times

Expected delivery times may be impacted due to the various reasons outside of our control, such as extreme weather conditions, staffing shortages, strikes or parcel sorting and logistics errors. We work closely with our fulfilment partners to help ensure that such occurrences are rare and have a minimal impact. European and International Deliveries

We currently accept payments from UK debit and credit cards in Great British Pounds (GBP) and deliver to UK postcodes. If you wish to make a purchase for delivery to a European or International address, please contact us at info@puttbandit.com and we can advise you of the estimated delivery times and calculate shipping, tax and import duties based on your location and intended order.

Important to know

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we have made an error. The expected delivery times stated here are generally accurate for the UK mainland, but can vary by postcode and location. Certain areas such as the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and island post codes may have delivery and tracking issues due to bad weather or other restrictions.

We will display low stock status on our website and get in touch with you if an item in your order is out of stock due to an issue such as two customers ordering the last item at once and we are unable to dispatch your goods to you.

Returns and refunds

The following returns policy applies to items purchased from puttbandit.com or puttbanditstore.com.

If you purchased a PuttBANDIT from Amazon, an online seller, or an in-store pro-shop or retailer, you should return the item to that seller and their returns and refunds policy will apply.

For purchases made on puttbandit.com or puttbanditstore.com, please email us at shop@puttbandit.com and let us know that you intend to return an item and tell us the reasons why.

Items less than 30 days old

If you are not satisfied with your product or bought it in error, return it to us within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. If the product is in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as a copy of your order acknowledgement email, we’ll offer a refund of the price paid for the product and delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that we do not refund the original delivery costs on products returned for exchange or on products that have been customised, modified or altered from the original condition.

Product exchanges

If you wish to return one product and exchange it for a different product, please return the original product back to us, within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the original product price you paid and then place a new order for the different product from our online store. Please note that we do not refund the original delivery costs on products returned for exchange.

Damaged goods on delivery

In the case of delivery damage please inform us at shop@puttbandit.com within 2 days of receipt and return it to us in the condition you received it within 30 days of receipt. A replacement product will be shipped free of charge.

Faulty items less than 12 months old

We inspect and test all faulty items returned so we can improve our product designs, manufacturing quality and durability.

Please email us at shop@puttbandit.com and let us know that you intend to return a faulty item. Please include a photograph, description of the fault and when you noticed it.

Return the product to us, with proof of purchase, within 12 months of receiving it for a replacement product or a refund. Following inspection and testing of the item that confirms a fault, a replacement product will be shipped free of charge. Where replacement is not possible or does not resolve the fault, we will offer a refund of the price you paid for the product, the delivery cost and your postage for the return.

Faulty items over 1 – 2 years old

Should a product become faulty after 12 months to 2 years of ownership, return it to us, with proof of purchase, for inspection and testing of the item. If the fault is confirmed, a replacement product will be offered at 50% of the original price paid for the product, to account for fair use, plus free delivery, or a refund of 50% of the original price will be offered. Please note that we do not refund the original delivery costs on returns for items over 12 months old.

Refund payments

Refund payments will be issued to your original payment card or express payment method, usually within 3-5 working days.

Return address

We recommend that you return your product and proof of purchase in suitably strong packaging to avoid damage and use a pre-paid printed shipping label from a postal service such as Royal Mail’s Click and Drop. Please send the product to us at:
