PuttBANDIT US Open Quiz 2023 – Terms and Conditions

How to take part

  • Entry to the quiz is free and online
  • Complete and submit the PuttBANDIT US Open Quiz 2023 online by midnight BST June 19th 2023 and provide your name and email address to enter the quiz.
  • Make sure you have read and understand our privacy and data policy and these quiz terms and conditions.

Quiz communication

  • We won’t share your email address with third parties
  • Participant names and email addresses are used to communicate with participants about the quiz and the prizes. Check your spam and junk filters for emails
  • By submitting your name and email address to enter the quiz, you consent to the storage and use of your personal data by PuttBANDIT Ltd. for marketing and related purposes. You may unsubscribe at any time. We will not share your data with third parties
  • By entering the PuttBANDIT US Open Quiz 2023, the winners consent to the publishing of their surname and county of residence for the purpose of announcing winners on the PuttBANDIT website and in social media posts.
  • Entrants who provide incorrect or invalid email addresses or fail to respond to winner announcement email notifications within 14 days will be excluded from winning quiz prizes.

First Prize

  • There will be one (1) first prize of a dozen Titleist ProV1 Alignment golf balls and a PuttBANDIT LP ball marker
  • To be eligible to receive the first prize, entrants must achieve a score of 5 / 5 in the quiz. In the event that two or more entrants tie for the first prize, those entrants will be entered into the ‘first prize draw’. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random by an independent person.

Runners-up prizes

  • There will be four (4) runner-up prizes of a PuttBANDIT LP ball markers
  • Runners up will be those who were included in the ‘first prize draw’ but not drawn as the winner
  • If there are more than 4 entrants eligible for runners up prizes, another draw will be made
  • In the event there are less than 4 entrants in that draw, further names will be drawn from those with the next best scores until 4 runners-up prizes have been awarded
  • All winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing of the quiz to request their delivery addresses and data permissions
  • The prizes will be shipped to the winners within 7 days of their complete response to our email notification.
  • If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified by PuttBANDIT of their prize win, then their prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn in accordance with the process described above.

Legal stuff

  • Only one quiz entry is permitted per person. No multiple, bulk, third party or automated entries are permitted.
  • Directors and employees of PuttBANDIT Ltd and their immediate family members are excluded from entry
  • In the event of any dispute regarding the PuttBANDIT US Open Quiz 2023, the decision of PuttBANDIT Ltd. shall be final and binding and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into
  • PuttBANDIT Ltd is not responsible for any incomplete, lost, delayed or late sent emails, quiz entry submissions, any system failure or malfunctions of any networks and websites that prevent quiz completion or entry
  • At any time prior to the closing date, PuttBANDIT Ltd may withdraw or cancel the US Open Quiz 2023 for any reason and may change the prizes to those of a similar value. Any such cancellation or change shall be notified on the PuttBANDIT website
  • PuttBANDIT Ltd. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the PuttBANDIT website located at puttbandit.com
  • The quiz and these terms and conditions will be governed by the law of England and any questions or disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
  • The winner’s surname and county will be published following receipt of the winner’s data privacy requests. In any case winners’ identities will be held on file and submitted to the Advertising Standard Authority if challenged.
