PuttBANDIT UK Putting Survey – Terms and Conditions

How to take part

  • Entry to the survey is free and online
  • Complete and submit the PuttBANDIT UK Putting Survey online by midnight BST July 31st 2023 and provide your name and email address to enter the prize draw
  • Make sure you have read and understand our privacy and data policy and these survey terms and conditions.

Survey communications

  • We won’t share your email address with third parties
  • Participant names and email addresses are used to communicate with participants and prize winners. Check your spam and junk filters for emails
  • By submitting your name and email address to enter the survey, you consent to the storage and use of your personal data by PuttBANDIT Ltd. for marketing and related purposes. You may unsubscribe at any time. We will not share your data with third parties
  • By entering the PuttBANDIT UK Putting Survey, a winner consents to the publishing of their surname and county of residence for the purpose of announcing winners on the PuttBANDIT website and in social media posts.
  • Entrants who provide incorrect or invalid email addresses or fail to respond within 14 days to winner email notifications, will be excluded from winning quiz prizes.

Prize winners

  • To be eligible to enter the prize draw, entrants must submit a completed survey and valid email address online by the survey closure deadline.
  • There will be one (1) first prize of six limited edition ‘The Open’ Titleist ProV1 golf balls, a PuttOUT compact putting mirror and a PuttBANDIT LP ball marker.
  • The first prize winner will be the first name drawn at random in a prize draw from all eligible entrants by an independent person
  • There will be six (6) runner-up prizes of a PuttBANDIT LP ball marker.
  • The runners up will be the next 6 names drawn in the prize draw.
  • All winners will be notified by email to request a prize delivery address and data permissions within 7 days of closing the survey
  • The prizes will be shipped to the winners by post within 7 days of their complete response to our email notification.

Legal stuff

  • Only one survey entry is permitted per person. No multiple, bulk, third party or automated entries are permitted.
  • If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified by PuttBANDIT of their prize win, they will forfeit their prize.
  • Directors and employees of PuttBANDIT Ltd and their immediate family members are excluded from entry
  • In the event of any dispute regarding this survey, the decision of PuttBANDIT Ltd. shall be final and binding and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into
  • PuttBANDIT Ltd is not responsible for any incomplete, lost, delayed or late sent emails, survey submissions, any system failure or malfunctions of any networks and websites that prevent quiz completion or entry
  • At any time prior to the closing date, PuttBANDIT Ltd may withdraw or cancel the survey for any reason and may change the prizes to those of a similar value. Any such cancellation or change shall be notified on the PuttBANDIT.com website
  • PuttBANDIT Ltd. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the PuttBANDIT website located at puttbandit.com
  • The survey and these terms and conditions will be governed by the law of England and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
  • The winner’s surname and county will be published following receipt of the winner’s data privacy requests. In any case winners’ identities will be held on file and submitted to the Advertising Standard Authority if challenged.
