PuttBANDIT UK Putting Survey Part 2 – Terms and Conditions

How to take part

  • Entry to the survey is free and online
  • Complete and submit the PuttBANDIT UK Putting Survey 2 online by midnight BST September 25th 2023 and provide your name and email address to enter the prize draw
  • Make sure you have read and understand our privacy and data policy and these survey terms and conditions.

Survey communications

  • We won’t share your name, email address or data with third parties
  • Participant names and email addresses are used to communicate with prizes winners. Check your spam and junk filters for emails 7 days after the closing date.
  • By submitting your name and email address to enter the survey, you consent to the storage and use of your personal data by PuttBANDIT Ltd for marketing and related purposes. You may unsubscribe at any time. We will not share your data with third parties.
  • By entering the PuttBANDIT UK Putting Survey 2, a winner consents to the publishing of their surname and county of residence for the purpose of announcing winners in PuttBANDIT social media posts.

Prize winners

  • To be eligible to enter the prize draw, entrants must submit a completed survey and valid email address online by the survey closure deadline.
  • There will be one (1) first prize package of an official 2023 Ryder Cup driver cover, cap and a dozen Titleist Tour Speed Golf Balls plus a PuttBANDIT LP FLAG golf ball marker.
  • The first prize winner will be the first eligible entrant drawn at random in the prize draw by an independent person
  • There will be nine (9) runner-up prizes of a PuttBANDIT LP Flag ball marker.
  • The runners up will be the next 9 names drawn in the prize draw.
  • All winners will be notified by email to request a prize delivery address and data permissions within 7 days of closing the survey
  • The prizes will be shipped to the winners by post within 7 days of their complete response to our email notification.
  • Entrants who provide incorrect or invalid email addresses or fail to respond within 14 days to winner email notifications, will be excluded from winning prizes.

Legal stuff

  • Only one survey entry is permitted per person. Multiple, bulk, third party or automated entries will be excluded from the prize draw
  • If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified by PuttBANDIT of their prize win, they will forfeit their prize. Please check junk and spam folders 7 days from the survey closure date
  • Directors and employees of PuttBANDIT Ltd and their immediate family members are excluded from entry
  • In the event of any dispute regarding this survey, the decision of PuttBANDIT Ltd. shall be final and binding and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into
  • PuttBANDIT Ltd is not responsible for any incomplete, lost, delayed or late sent emails, survey submissions, any email filtering, system failure or malfunctions of any networks and websites that prevent quiz completion, email delivery or prize draw entry or claiming
  • At any time prior to the closing date, PuttBANDIT Ltd may need to withdraw or cancel the survey for good reason and may need to change the prizes to those of a similar value. Any such cancellation or change shall be notified on the PuttBANDIT.com website
  • PuttBANDIT Ltd. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the PuttBANDIT website located at puttbandit.com
  • The survey and these terms and conditions will be governed by the law of England and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
  • The winner’s surname and county will be published following receipt of the winner’s data permissions and privacy requests. In any case, winners’ identities will be held on file and submitted to the Advertising Standard Authority if challenged.
